BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 1800 and 1900 blocks of Old Wauhatchie Pike, being on the northeast and southwest lines of Old Wauhatchie Pike southeast of South Scenic Highway. To R-1: Tax Map No. 155H-D-3, 155H-D-5 (part), 155H-D-6, 155J-B-7, 155J-C-8 (part), 155J-C-9 (part), 155J-C-10-24. To R-3: Tax Map. No. 155J-B-1-3. from R-2 Residential Zone, R-3 Residential Zone, O-1 Office Zone, C-2 Convenience Commercial District, and M-3 Warehouse and Wholesale Zone to R-1 Residential Zone and R-3 Residential Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
